Role Description
The Finance and Legal Affairs Associate will be responsible for managing the organization’s financial and business operations. They will work closely with the Finance Head and senior management team to develop long-term strategies and plans that ensure financial stability and growth.
Performing financial analyses
Developing financial SOPs
Creating dashboard and performance management reports in Power- Bi
Preparing financial planning, reporting and budgeting
Invoicing and payments management
Preparing periodic management reports
Cashflow management
Preparing financial statements
Managing Taxation matters and legal contracts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Legal or Business Administration from a reputable institution (MBA Finance / CA Finalist/ ACCA)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role in a reputable organization
- Corporate Finance Experience will be preferred
- Experience in financial management and accounting practices, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively interact with senior management, clients and external stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with competing priorities
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and accounting software
